Return Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are considered final.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Richmond Ultrasound Services within 7 days of delivery.

    • Proof such as photos of the item and packaging may be required.

    • A replacement item or store credit will be issued if approved.

  3. Incorrect or Missing Items

    • If your order is incorrect or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of receiving it.

    • Richmond Ultrasound Services will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, maternity clothing, children’s clothing, and accessories are not returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.

  5. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

    • We cannot offer exchanges for size or style preferences.

  6. Refunds

    • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
